I am committed to representing the voices of Sussex County and making meaningful changes that benefit local residents in Dover. With decades of experience in public service and community engagement, I understand the challenges we face - from lifelong residents and retirees to young families and transplants - and I will work for you in Dover to find practical solutions.
This campaign is about you—the people of Lewes, Milton, the Route 9 cooridor and parts of Georgetown - all of the 20th House District! I believe in transparency and accountability, and I want to hear your thoughts and ideas. Together, we can build a better future for all of us. My team and I are here to listen, engage, and take action on the issues that matter most to our community.

During tough economic times, food drives help Sussex residents fill food gaps in between paychecks. In February 2025, Dvornick (center, back) volunteered with other local leaders to support a Food Bank Drive.

Dvornick presents legislation and topics that affect local government officials to keep them informed at the SCAT (Sussex County Association of Towns) Legislative Breakfast in April 2025. The breakfast is an annual event in Georgetown, DE, hosted at the CHEER Community Center. Typically held in the early spring, it brings together local municipal leaders and state lawmakers to discuss legislative priorities affecting Sussex County.
